- Begin by scheduling a 30-minute Zoom consultation with Mr. Arvind Ghosal to discuss your goals or intentions for the Past Life Regression (PLR) or Hypnotherapy session. This consultation helps tailor the session to your specific needs.
To Book Your Pre-Session:
- Make a the initial/part payment.
- Share the payment confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp.
- You will then receive an intake form, which must be completed and returned before the consultation.
- After submission, you can arrange a suitable time for the consultation, typically scheduled within 2-3 working days.

- After the consultation, you’ll receive an audio meditation file along with instructions to help prepare your subconscious mind.
Follow these steps:
- Listen to the audio once daily for 2-3 days.
- Share your feedback after each session via a voice note on WhatsApp.
- This guided meditation helps assess whether you are more visual or kinesthetic, which determines the appropriate approach:
- Visual Category: Both Past Life Regression and Hypnotherapy are possible.
- Kinesthetic Category: Only Hypnotherapy sessions are recommended.
- Once confirmed, we will proceed to the next stage, and only then will the main session fee be charged.
